Refund Policy

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes), we only accept returns if the product is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item. You have 7 days to notify us of any issues.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team.

4. Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
